Threesomes Team
This is an official NZFDA tournament. To enter you do not need to be a member of
the NZFDA
but points earned towards NZFDA titles will only be
awarded to financial members
Classes in judging order
Beginners Individual (TBC)
Open to all dogs that have not gained 20 or
more NZFDA points.
The course will be in an easy course (straight line)
with no weaves.
Advanced Individual (TBC)
Open to all dogs that have gained 20 or more NZFDA
points.
The only limitation on the course complexity is the
practicality of setting
out two equal courses.
Weaves can be included.
Intermediate Threesomes (TBC)
Open to all dogs.
A team of three dogs and handlers running in
relay.
Select own team but all members must be from the same
area (Historical Zone).
One change of
direction is permissible but only by way of the bendy tunnel.

Flygility Information
Flygility is a dog sport that encompasses
the awesome speed of Flyball and agiliness and accuracy of Agility. It was designed by New Zealander Ian Gray and
after some trials and demonstrations, the first competition was run in 1992 by
the National Agility Link Association (NALA) as part of its monthly competition
series. The sport proved popular in
Flygility is
essentially a team knock-out competition where two teams compete simultaneously
over separate courses that are as close to identical as possible. The best of three runs decides which team
proceeds to the next heat. A team
comprises of one dog & handler or 2,3,4 dogs & handlers running in
relay.
